Congratulations to Bruce Kelchen of Victory Ford (Dyersville)   Bruce has earned the Ford Engine Master Technician award. He is one of 48 technicians in the Chicago Region who has held this status for 10 years or more.  Bruce has also earned Ford Motor Company’s Senior Master 10 Year award, being one of 55 technicians in the Ford Chicago Region who holds this status.
