During the summer, IADA members submit
recommendations for one of their peers to be Iowa's Time Magazine Quality
Dealer Award (TMQDA) nominee. IADA's last seven TMQDA recipients review the
recommendations and vote to determine who will be Iowa's nominee. Each state
association submits a nominee who must complete a detailed application.
Nominees are selected based on their involvement in civic and community
activities. A national winner is selected during the NADA Convention held at
the beginning of each year.
