The Board of Directors represents the eight districts
below. There are three Directors at Large.Directors serve a 3 year term and are
elected by Iowa auto dealer-members of IADA. The Directors manage the
Association, an Iowa non-profit corporation and tax-exempt trade association of
Iowa automobile dealers. IADA informs members of laws and regulations by
publishing newsletters and conducting educational programs. IADA lobbies at the
state and federal level on issues of interest to auto dealers and small businesses.
The Association acts as an intermediary between state and federal government
agencies on issue affecting dealers. IADA sponsors a state political action
committee and solicits funds for NADA's political action committee. If you have
